Tips for Selling and Renting Property

The property business is indeed very promising in terms of big profits. In property business activities, there is buying, selling or renting. You can decide whether to buy the property to resell or rent it out. To be successful in selling and renting property, there are several tips you can follow:

1.   To sell or rent a property, you must know and understand the prices of similar properties in the same area to determine a competitive selling price. You must clean and repair the property to make it look attractive to potential buyers. Take advantage of online media to place advertisements on various online property platforms to reach more potential buyers by using high-quality photos and videos to attract attention online. Prepare yourself to negotiate with potential buyers, both as a seller and as a rental owner. In the process of buying and selling property, avoid accepting offers made by the first prospective buyer. Extend the time to get offers from more people.

2.     In selling and renting property, a clear agreement is also required. You must ensure that all transaction details are recorded in a clear sales and purchase agreement. Consider working with a real estate agent to help with the buying and selling process. Buying and selling property in new or used conditions must pay attention to the legality of the documents. This is what will protect the seller and buyer from potential legal problems. Some files that need to be prepared by the seller and must be paid attention to by the buyer are: Land ownership certificate, Building Permit, Sale and Purchase Deed, Proof of payment of Land and Building Tax.

3To rent out a property, you need to be more careful in finding responsible tenants. You should regularly check the condition of the property, conduct regular inspections and ask for reports from tenants to find out the condition of the property to ensure your property is always clean and well maintained. You must also be able to build good relationships with tenants, listen to their complaints, and respond immediately by taking action to resolve their complaints. If you find it difficult to find tenants, use an online property rental platform to make the rental process easier. Create a detailed and clear lease agreement to avoid problems later and consider offering long-term leases to good tenants.
